2 Chicago expats share some thoughts on food in The Region.

Morgan McCabe: Chicago, Illinois; Morgan McCabe has appeared in many productions including City Lit’s JB, Deirdre of the Sorrows, The Sundial, and Alice’s Adventures Underground. She also performed with Runcible Theatre, Two Pence Theatre, American Theatre Company, Body Politic, Chicago Dramatists, Commons Theatre, Collaboraction, Court Theatre, The Gift, The Goodman, Lifeline, Lookingglass, Next, Prop Theatre, Stage Left, Steppenwolf, and Victory Gardens. An Associate Artist with Chicago Dramatists, she’s played roles in world premieres in Chicago: The Mecca Tales, Since Africa, Ten Cent Night, (Chicago Dramatists); Chagrin Falls, Empty (Stage Left) and I Sailed With Magellan (Victory Gardens). Appearances at regional theatres include: The Crucible at IRT, Hamlet with SITI Company Associates and The Credeaux Canvas at Madison Repertory. She’s performed in Spain, England, and Austria, where she appeared in A Moon for the Misbegotten at the Vienna English Theatre.
